2019 Camp STRONG by Saint Francis Health System

Camp STRONG is for children ages 6 - 18 who currently have, or have had a heart condition or cancer. Each camper is allowed to bring one sibling as space allows. (A second sibling from one family will be considered ONLY if space allows. A second sibling will not be approved until 14 days prior to camp.) If you have more than one "heart kid" or "cancer kid" in your family, your second camper can register for $75 just like another sibling.

The registration fee only represents a portion of what it costs to provide Camp STRONG for our campers. Camp STRONG is offered, and additional expenses covered, by Saint Francis Health System and The Children's Hospital Foundation along with other generous donors.

We understand that due to the financial burden that having a heart or cancer patient in your family can bring, some will not be able to pay this reasonable fee. Please plan to pay the maximum that you can pay without undue hardship to your family. The online system requires that you pay a minimum of $1.00.

At Camp STRONG campers have unique opportunities to enjoy friends who understand their journey as a heart or cancer patient.

All registrants will receive a registration packet in May with a medical release form along with other forms that must be filled out and returned prior to check-in for camp.

Please note: You will need to provide transportation to and from Shepherd's Fold Ranch to drop-off and pick up your camper(s). Elective classes called Expression Groups will be chosen in advance of check-in. Please watch for the opportunity for your camper to choose their expression group in late spring.
